I’m reminded of those infomercials that sell abdominal exercise equipment. Sure they always show the guy with the chisled abs and the girl with the hot sexy body and flat stomach. They sure do make it look easy don’t they? It’s almost as if you only have to order the machine and somehow magically the FAT will simple melt away to reveal your wash board six pack.Britt Phillips

How silly is this? It’s obsured but millions of people are sucked into beliving the power of advertising every year. The power of sugestion is incredible. And when you combine the power of suggestion with the fact that we are all incredibly visual by nature, well… cue the fitness models, break out the video camera, add an upbeat sound track and you’ve got the makings of a runaway record breaking sales product.

I’ve been working out for over 20 years. I’ve worked out in many mainstream gyms and fitness centers. I’ve worked out with wrestlers and other celebrities. I’ve trained lots of people who wanted to get in shape. I’ve certainly had my share of people approach and ask how I got so big and muscular and in shape etc. I’ve turned heads simply because of my physical appearance.
